Tough Decision
Greetings
Happy New Year and Happy Easter to everyone.
I could not do this as at when due (auditors and compliance officers should pardon me for using their language). It has been a kind of roller-coaster since the tail-end of last year. But thanks be to God and my Saviour, Jesus Christ, I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.
The Gist
Sometimes in life, one gets to make tough decisions. You will have to decide on crtitical matters that can either make or mar many other chances. At times, it does affect personal relationships and questions one's credibility. As tough as it may appear though, a decision has to be made. I found myself in this situation recently.
From coping with health challenges, family, ministry and work pressures, my son's wedding in March this year to the latest world concern - covid 19, it has been quite overwhelming.
Looking back, I can only offer thanks to God for His mercies and help. My health is great now (Glory be to God), my son's wedding was very glorious - Halleluyah and other pressures are reducing.
BUT
Haven been out of sync here for quite some time and some other issues yet to address, I have decided to suspend my activity here for some time.
Truth is: it is not financially wise for me to continue to pay my monthly fees, without putting in a commensurate work to earn back. That has been my situation since October last year and I don't want to continue that way.
I have therefore requested Kyle to help me advise the management about this decision so that effect can be given to whatever needs to be done.
Not Farewell
For the avoidance of doubt. This is not a farewell message/post. It's only for information.
I did mention to Kyle that it is not bye bye because I am gonna see ya all soon.
Meanwhile, do keep safe. Safe distancing and hand hygiene until we win this battle with Covid 19.
For now, I leave you with the supernatural protection of Jehovah and His peace that passes all understand.

Take care, and we will be here when things improve, if you decide that you have to leave temporarily!

Hi Segun, sorry to hear you feel the need to temporarily suspend your WA membership. I do understand paying on a monthly does add up. I wish you all the very best, and hope your absence is not for too long and you will be back here at WA.
Michael
Thanks
