Smile for Today
Police are using a few puns in an effort to bring attention to a large lettuce theft in Hamilton, Ontario.
Investigators say a truck and refrigerated trailer containing $45,000 worth of lettuce was taken.

In a release Tuesday, they ask the public to "romaine calm" after the heist.
On social media they're asking the public to "lettuce know if you have any tips."
I believe it is a good idea not to be too serious when we write our content, makes us more human to our prospective clients.
Enjoy, smile, and be happy!

Lol!! I like their take on spreading the news Oscar. With so many ugly things going on today it's nice to hear a more pleasant approach while still being serious. I agree, the same should apply to writing our site content. Making our writings more personal will be received much better by our readers.

Perfect! Sometimes it reminds the public that police services, or services in general are their to serve the public, and it's important to remind the community by not sounding super serious :)
