Dedication, Focus and Perseverance leads to Success!
I has been a great weekend.
Awonderful weekend. My grand-daughter Alicia placed first on a Canadian gymnastic meetup in Gatineau Quebec, On her way to be an Olympian.
Alicia is the one in the middle, she won a Gold Medal.at this event. Alicia was born in B.C. and now she has been living and training in California and as a rule has to represent her country of birth "Canada".

Alicia has been placing first in several US gymnastic training camps in the west coast, Texas Nevada, California. Alicia started when she was 3 years old, now she is 12. She trains 6 hours a day 5 days a week. Complete Dedication, Focus and Perseverance.
She is going this weekend to Dallas for another competition.
I am a very proud grand-father.

I know you are very proud of her! Training 6 hours a day, 5 days a week=30 hours a week, that is a testamony to WA affiliates... to succeed we need to set goals... schedule 1 hour, 2 hours, 3,4,5 or more a day to study and work in our website!
