Self Doubt And Failure
Sometimes we get bogged down by being perfectionist! I do it all the time. But sometimes we have to realize that with learning comes mistakes.
We all make them and we all will continue to make them even as experts.
That now leads me to self doubt and also fear of failure.
We think it won't be the best and it stops us right in our tracks. It has for me and I'm sure for many others!
But that fear of failure (or success for that matter) can be gripping us and stopping us from just moving forward and just getting things moving. Action is key! Not so much perfection. We can always go back and update things make things better. Nothing is better then action. It is fearful at times but when we face it and do it, that can help. Also, things I've tried is not to over think it and.......... JUST DO IT.
I know its a corny thing to say. Although, sometimes its just better to try and put things into action don't think about all the wrongs you did, but maybe about what you did well and keep moving that momentum forward.
Easier said then done i know. We do sometimes have to keep it in perspective though.

It sounds like you would have gotten a lot out of a webinar i sat through a couple of days ago. It was all about needing to take action (and fail) to move forward. the mantra was "Fail fast, fail forward, fail better." I am going to keep it in mind the next time I feel stuck.
