Short on Time? This site can help with content creation.
I signed up for iWriter, not to request content, but to write it. I'm having a toughish time with the money situation right now so I started looking for writing gigs. Most websites require writing samples, a resume, etc and I've sent applications, but because they're getting hundreds of inquires daily I know that it will take some time. (About.com actually says in the conformation email that it might take "a long time".) I needed something more immediate.
iWriter is a great source if you need competent writer's to help you re-write content, maybe produce an ebook, or just don't have time to get a particular piece of content out. You have the option of rejecting an unsatisfactory bit of content, you set the word length, give instructions to potential writers, let us know which keywords you want used and let us have at it! THERE IS A FEE!! But, the lowest amount isn't very much (I think it's $1.25, but I won't swear to that) and it depends on the length of the article. A writer gets 81% of the cost (not much, but it's something) and if you add a writer to your favorites list you can send them projects directly so they'll receive an 86% commission.

I've only done a few so far, but my rating is high and I'm on someone's 'favorite' list already. I'm on the site daily and I need 30 ratings before I can move up to 'Elite' and have the option to take on more high paying work. As long as you give me instruction on what you're looking for (including a link to similar content already on your site would be a huge plus) I can find the info you need and give you high quality content regardless of the subject.

I know it sounds kind of like cheating, but you're helping out fellow content creators. Sometimes you need a little help and there's nothing wrong with that!

Hi Orietta, I can understand the need to create an income stream. I have read some of your work on your site and if I need content, will contact you. At the same time, make sure to keep working on your website, and keep going. It can take 6 months or longer to really start to see results money wise, but if you keep at you I believe you'll do well.
