Just Focus.on what again?
Clear as Mud - Just like my mind!!
TOO MANY FRAGMENTS OF INFORMATION FLOATING AROUND UPSTAIRS
None of which are complete, none of which are making sense. And the floating around is starting to feel more like RAPIDS!!
There is one little fragement of my brain telling me this is a good day to just walk away and take a break. Get some air and clear the fog.
Then there's the fragment on the other side of my brain, telling me I'm already behind (in so many things) and I need to just get to the matter at hand.
Which matter? Which hand?
This was supposed to help me (said another part of my brain). Things will become clearer when you blog about it. Hmph!
Ok let's approach this from a different angle.......
What can we do when FOCUS is an issue? I've never tried meditation but the thought has been occurring to me lately.
I somehow feel that the more time I sit here trying to convince myself to focus, the more time I'm wasting.
It doesn't always come naturally. Some days are harder than others and especially when there are other tasks outside of WA.
So when none of them are being accomplished......
take a break and just
The time lost struggling will only make it worse. Clear your mind, walk away, just walk!
Expel some energy and return refreshed!
Now come back and manage your time effectively and all will be good in the brain again!

I agree with what Wayne says, its pretty clear.
If it helps this is what I do, many others do the same
I focus on a stage of the certification course, apply it
I focus on a stage of the affiliate bootcamp, apply it
I then work on my blog, ensuring I post once a day or at least try to
I watch the Live trainings recording on Monday, instead of Saturday, family committments mean it has to be Monday
I reply to ONLY the days WA emails in the first part of the day
Second half ( afternoon period is spent on promotion and networking, we are shown how here)
That way the FOCUS is clear, consistent and committed, which determine success

Personally I am going to respond to emails at the end of the day because I am finding it takes away some clarity at the start of my day.
I enjoy responding to messages but it’s better to blog in the morning when the mind is fresh. I will experiment.
