An Eye Opening Moment

It was one of those nights! We've all had them. Tossing and turning with a million and one thoughts running through your head. Moments of full awakeness in between, wondering why all these things are coming up now?

Time comes to start the day, with a little more coffee than usual. I park myself in front of my computer as I usually do. Suddenly, I remember one of the thoughts that kept running through my head. But before I tell you that, I have to take you back in time a little bit.

When I started my adventure here at WA, I was green to websites and online business as I'm sure many of you were. Not too long after I had set up my site, I was feeling particularly emotional one day (now you men out there just be nice!) and felt the need to write an article which was a little off base to affiliate marketing and yet at the same time I felt would be helpful in general.

Over time, there were a few more eposides of the same. I just went with the flow and wrote what I needed to say. Yesterday, a friend had asked me when I felt the need to do this and why and also encouraged me to continue. Well that must have been what had me mulling it over in my "sleep".

So back to this morning, as I remember all this rolling around in my head, I realize that what I've been writing may not directly be related to affiliate marketing, but it is directly related to Wealthy Affiliate! I now have a way to tie the two together and ultimately expand my site.

The realization? The eye-opener?

It is through the learning here at WA that I have been taught far more than how to succeed online. My experience here, in almost a year, has taught me determination. It has taught me to believe in myself. It has taught me to take a positive approach and to help others whenever possible. Little did I know, that learning these things, was what was making me want to write about them.

And just to drive it all home.....

My email this morning from Kyle regarding the next step in our challenge. "Reflection". Reflect back on the last three months of SWAG and what you have learned, what you need to work on and how you're going to do it.

It's all coming together. With the help of my friend Tawnya and the outstanding environment here at Wealthy Affiliate, it's all coming together!
