Can you please help me because I need to edit something in my header and i cannot open my theme editor.

You should not be editing your theme's files. Reason is... if you do edit your theme's files, the next time you update your theme, your changes will disappear.
Therefore it is always advisable to use a child theme to make any changes to your theme that you want to keep in place with each update your theme makes. How To Create A Child Theme In WordPress Should this not be what you are meaning... then perhaps you could find what you need among the many training tutorials a videos that are shared here on WA. See screen print below to see how to search for training here...
Change the keyword you want to find training on and you receive a different list.

You can just go to "Appearance" and "Customize" to edit your theme. When you say header do you mean your main menu at the top? If that is the case then you need to go to "Appearance" and then "Menus"
