Not exactly a great effort required to earn that badge, but hey I am in.
Journey of a thousand miles, well, you know the rest of it I'm sure.
Anyway, I don't need to prove to anyone that I've got what it takes. I've chosen a new life in a new country and succeeded, although it wasn't possible to change the way to earn income at the same time. Immigration bureaucracy, skilled labour shortage, blabla, but that's a story for another time.
Be focused, be determined, persevere. When I was still waiting on my residency here in NZ, my motto was: "Eyes on the prize, boy!!"
So here we go again, with eyes on the prize!

We're living in Auckland, not so bad is it sounds tho lol. We're out in the country in 5 minutes.
Though the long term goal is to move away from here, which is one of the main reasons for being here.
I ride around NZ on my motorbike so will definitely let you know if we are in the BOP and also i'll let you know if I get stuck.

Awesome, my daughter lives and works in Auckland and we're due to visit there next weekend, off to Waiheke Island for a Wine Tour, really looking forward to it actually.
