A productive trip

For the last 8 days we have been in our RV traveling to an event in Lakeland FL. We’re headed back home now. It’s been about 10 hours on the road each way.
While we were in FL, we would go walking around the expo grounds for a few hours, then back to RV (think air conditioning!) for awhile. Then back out to the grounds and so forth. Plus there were 9 quiet evenings in there, too.
What does all that mean? It means I was able to write 2 posts for my website, listen to recorded webinars, continue with training, and do research. I’ve set up Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter accounts. And I’ve learned quite a bit about Google Analytics, various plug-ins & widgets, and been active in the WA community.

Had I been home, I don’t think I would have gotten all that done with the various home distractions (think 2 very spoiled small dogs). All in all we had a great trip, saw old friends & met new, got to see cool stuff, and had some quality time together.
But best of all, I’m not feeling quite as overwhelmed here at WA as I was before the trip. Now I feel much more comfortable moving on with my website!
