Very pleased to hear about this. Now, I just hope the big corporations don't try any underhanded techniques to slow down connectivity so they can blame this ruling and try to make their money back.
What makes this different from previous attempts to control content is the FCC classified the ''traffic'' as a phone call under the telecommuncation doctrine where all call are treated equally.
There is legal precedent. The vote was 3-2 and the lobby is strong to create a ''slow lane'' but for now we can play with the big boys.
