You can click on your Profile Image (at the Top of the Left-Hand Side Menu) -> Account Settings -> then Scroll down to Subscription Settings -> Click on Membership and then on Stop Billing & Cancel Membership
If the button isn't there, then there is nothing to cancel. You are only showing as a Starter Member and not as Premium Member, so you should just be ok to sign out.
If it was a failed attempt via PayPal, you can also cancel the subscription from PayPal, if it created one.
hello i used to have a premium membership i forgot to cancel on time kyle sent me an email to reassure if i wanted to leave i canceled my membership right away there is a message sent to my bank that says amount declined do i still get charged if i canceled right after the email or do i owe nothing? plz help
This profile says you joined today, do you have another profile? I would log in to that profile, then check the status.
Yes i have had another profile i tried to ask from there but I couldn’t log in so i made a new one just to ask if I didn’t cancel on time will i still be billed?
Because the amount got declined because I didn’t have enough money in my bank when I refill my account is the amount still due or not thats my question.
If you haven't cancelled your Premium Membership from another account, then yes, you will still get charged. However, after 3 failed attempts, your account will be closed. Have you tried the forgot password option?
You can also try the Contact form and selecting Billing, to send your message directly to Kyle & Carson
