Yes Nathan, every single content piece you create, needs a SEO title, a meta description, etc.

I would like to create a page that would promote products I sell as a freelance salesman by trade. Problem is, I am only authorized to sell in Canada so I would like to try an
I do not think there is a way of limiting where your traffic comes from, but my first thoughts are to:
Add a disclaimer stating they are only available to Canada
Learn all you can around local marketing within WA to help you target the right audience.
