He Scott,
Empathise only the only way is to hone better time mamagement skills Make sure they include exercise plenty of fluid intake, the right diet and supplements and down time for risk mitigatin on burn out.
Take care,
R.
I do not consume meat or fish but i do consume milk, nuts, beans and soy on a regular basis.
My workplace is in the same neighbourhood i live in and since its only a 40 minute walk to work( i used to live a bit farther away, hated the commute), i usually walk.
My sleep cycle. Humm...i am a mourning person by nature. I get about 6 hours every day during the week and about 7 1/2 hours a day on weekends. I might need to search for a better way to "come back down" at the end of the workday.
I think i might go with the first solution in my most recent blog.
Thanks for your input, Rami.

Hey there Novo-scorp's. I came across your blog and wanted to put in my 2cents. Here are some tips I've learned along the way to combat work fatigue and help you keep getting motivated.
1. Take frequent breaks. Even if you just wrote an article or watch a training video for 15 minutes and it made you tired.
2. Determine a set time for creating your content and watching training videos. (This was my biggest cure for getting motivated and keep moving forward)
3. Hang your short and long term goals on the wall and in front of your laptop or computer. Or a picture of your family or dream car or vacation. (This is like your vision board and ultimately this is what you are striving to achieve)
I hope you found these tips helpful. Let me know if it works for you.
Best
Rey
Hello Reyban !
I like you 2nd and 3rd suggestion.
I do not get tired from watching videos that is 15 min or less. I have read the low EM radiation that is emitted from a electronic device's display can be slightly physical draining if viewed for an extended period of time.
Hi Scott. It sounds like your issues are more then just work related. Maybe you need a good physical check-up. You could be lacking in minerals or vitamins.
I worked many years doing two jobs and finishing a Uni course at night. I lost weight and struggled, everyone said I was simply stressed out and working to hard, but it turned out to be a B12 deficiency. Jim
Thanks for your input, Kulk. I will Google B12 vitamins.
My current job has lasted since August 1st 1998 and the nature of what i do involves mostly physical labour. I never took a vacation. Humm....maybe i need a vacation too ! π
I have checked what Vitamin B12 is and what Vitamin B12 deficiency is.
Most of the symptoms i do not seem to be experiencing. I do not consume meat or fish but i do consume milk, nuts, beans and soy on a regular basis.
My workplace is in the same neighbourhood i live in and since its only a 40 minute walk to work( i used to live a bit farther away, hated the commute), i usually walk.
I think i might go with the first solution in my most recent blog.

Small steps, Scott! You will work out a plan, my friend!
Jeff
Thank you, Jeff !
I like your Blog posts BTW. I get the impression from your posts that you are a Jack of all Trades. That being said, that would make a great spinoff of your Blog if you ever decide to do one.
I will do one more Blog about me before i start writing about one of my passions, science and how it affects our daily lives.
