Now as I have grown in this endevor I have come to the realization I want to branch in different directions but with also keeping my Niche sort of. Nathan, I visited your site and I can see that you are starting to move away from your original concept.
Your purpose, it seems to me, is to inspire people to learn from your wrong turns and bad decisions and their consequences. That is absolutely a great path to follow.
You might consider getting a new domain name, such as LockedUpNoMore dot com (it's available), or something you like that focuses more on life after prison than life in prison...lol.
You can then redirect the existing content to your new domain, or start anew with your new domain and keep the old domain on hold or as a test site for now.
One suggestion - you have too many distracting large Adsense ads on your pages. You should have no more than one per page, if that, and don't have them with every post.
