What's A Picture Worth?
A thousand words, right?
Pondering a sort of preamble, not enjoying writer block of any form- physical, emotional or mental.
I can cite an Author's note ver batem to sort of illustrate what's on my mind.
" The defense lawyer was using an old truth we lawyers know but do not pay attention to: a picture is worth a thousand words. But lawyers are word people. Take words away from us, and you take away our most important tool. We need words to argue, parse, and issue nuanced interpretation s of complex legal concepts. But images should not be ignored, for they often provide access to concepts that words alone cannot impart with the same impact and economy." -V. Martin
Wealthy Affiliate members have enormous access to many beautiful pictures, like over 2 million, I think.
Well, if pictures are worth a thousand words, what about videos...?
Maybe a cool million.
It occurs to me a nagging concern how incompetent I honestly am, sent with humble emoji, about the video concept, and how much it is worth in paying forward a wealth of knowledge.
Maybe it's a half baked idea, or a little corny but would WA stock videos be a future endeavor?
The video idea can always be outsourced, putting others in charge to produce and star. Yet, we have video trainings, so why not some little clips for use on our community. Hear me out, your authentic voice and person are priceless, and there really is no substitute. But for WApeople who have stage fright or just getting started, mayhap those dinosaurs like me who really get books to turn actual pages...
And not comparing with too much scrutiny but some members may not quite have the support of similar niche-peeps.
Would this be an idea others, like Carson/Jay might be interested in. Thinking out loud and out of the box or globe with our level of tech in the world today, and our WA expertise in Governance Technology, what do you all think?
I know my blogs are weird, but I love you guys galz and every identifies as.
Please tell me your thoughts or a picture worth a thousand words...
Thank You & Kind Regards,
Curtsy cursty curtain closing...

A very nice image of yourself, Becca! Have a wonderful day! Videos SHOULD be worth 1,000 words, my friend.
Enjoy your day!
Jeff🌞
Linking all 3 types of content. Writing, pics and video if all of it fits together seems like a great way to go.
Also nice self portrait, next time you don’t need the mirror..

Meh, mirror or not, I've not been born with the gifts of photogenic or videogenic... Maybe the tools of tech warfare could help out with some bippity boppity boo love and peace instead lmao
Mirror mirror on the wall, make me look bad and you will fall.
Threats are good at mirrors, they can’t answer…normally.lol.

Nurse Becca,
I been doing a tad bit research and one of the hottest trends to gain mucho traffic is Instagram reels. Also, I found out that you can improvise by using Canva Pro.
Thanks for your insight.

Lots of people look for pictures to determine what they are going to read. The younger people I know just won't read 1000 word posts. Pictures draw people to words in this world. Videos long or short pretty much dominate. Just a suggestion.... take a look at OBS (Open Broadcast Software) in a browser and look up a YouTube video on how to use it. It's a free editing program. I had to learn to do live feeds with 3 other people in and out of the feed in locations for a viewing huge audience. OBS enabled me to learn to do that. I am making YouTube videos with it. Still a novice, but learning.
Good idea! Don't feel bad I'm a seasoned nurse with way too much salt n pepper but there are always occurrences which make me feel like a very shaky novice nurse
... I don't know if this analogy is really fitting but I do know that's and outstanding thought and will googlebing the heck out of it
