Dear Daddy Let Me Drop The Bomb: A Country Patriot Song
Daddy was a hero
Our Country Let HIm Go
We didn't have a home or anything to show
Mom taught me to write and here goes a country song
About a Patriot, Daddy let me drop that bomb
When CoVid hit I saw another side of humanity
From the bedside this nurse witnessed a lot of insanity
and we wont raise our voice in vanity
We sing in unison of peace with out ranting
I look to the stars blasting off to infinity
They look so far but i know you're right here with me
when we were so poor mom had to beg
I kept my head up because you made nam 3 times with 2 broken legs
Daddy was a hero
Our country let him go
we didn't have a home or anything to show
Mom taught me how to write and here goes a country song
About a Patriot, Daddy let me drop that bomb
Year after year calling Department of Justice
without the paperwork I couldn't be trusted
they said that it burnt and the bank was busted
so we rolled on like ramblers, no one wanted us
Daddy was a hero
Our Country Let Him Go
We didn't have a home or anything to show
Mom taught me how to write and here's a country song
About a Patriot, Daddy let me drop that bomb
When the government recognized, they gave me chapter 35
And etched a headstone with your name and the Purple Heart of Pride
The cold rock is not enough I have to tell the tale of love
of a man who fought his whole life refusing to give up
the joy of a field full of flowers couldn't cut it
so ill split it like a fish open it up and gut it
When Dolly made the coat of many colors
I got your invisible shield of valor
on fire so hot it could melt butter
and a vision of a world where we care for one another
Daddy was a hero
Our country let him go
we didn't have a home or anything to show
Mom taught me how to write so here's a country song
About a Patriot, Daddy let me drop that bomb
On the battle field when the smoke had risen
and all the cries to Lord let us be forgiven
We knew freedom was worth the comrades in heaven
it didn't hurt any less, yet we all kept on living
driving down an endless road her tired eyes drifting
the sun starting to rise and the shadows were shifting
Jesus took the wheel and the rumble strips were like an earthquake
and I still feel that panic my heart starts to shake
for the sacrifices which our veterans make
Daddy was a hero
Our Country let him go
we didn't have a home or anything to show
Mom Taught Me How To Write
Here is my song
About a Patriot, Daddy let me drop that bomb
If you sing along and click a like or share
You should be aware
not an ounce of regret remains
regarding all the war blood stains
There is not healing without pain
And in our freedom there is no shame
Not one drop of sorrow
only hope and love for tomorrow
Here is my Country song
A shout out from Nurse Becca
Proud to be born and raised in America
Post script and know I'm putting this down with joy and laughter
Dropping this bomb wont spell disaster
A Wealthy Affilate special request, but I can rap faster

My dearly beloved Becca,
how I wished I was with
you to give you an endless
hug to at least console you
and ease your pain.
My heart goes out to you
and I am teary-eyed now
just reading your memories
of a hero unknown in this
world but dearly beloved
in heaven.
You are in my prayers, my
dear Becca as I do know
exactly how you feel.
Be well, be at peace and
God bless you.
Where you are, He is.
Elizabeth
Thank you, Rebecca

He hears you always and
listens to you all the time.

Simple beautiful
I feel the pain in your blog. My heart goes out to you.
Personally speaking, that pain will never go away but in time it will be reduced by the many memories that you both shared.
I remember he cleaned up my puke taught me to read and sometimes crawled on the floor whispers to hallucinations under the table. But I also think he is a reason why I can pick myself up dust of and ready for the next round without batting an eye you ready? CLEAR! Ill shock the crap out of the shockable rhythm winking at the winckebock then pull you aside to debrief lets go over this ... You're a champion go get em
You're awesome
