Hi All,
I need help. I have a website which I have started 3 years before. I have done a few works on that. Nearly 50 articles I have done so far and some of those ranking o
Usual valuation rules apply but with sites its odd you take the average monthly revenue and times it by between 20-30 times. domain name , trademarking, and niche all play a part. Flippa gets a good review generally. They seem to have sensible valuations. Good Luck...
it not unknown for reveue sites of 5k per month to sell for 100k plus... with good traffic...
I know a friend of mine who builds a portfolio of sites then sells them on .. so 1 year full time then sell ...repeat...it is like doing up houses I guess...he does this on flippa..
you could sell it on flippa
i have not done it but jefferybrown did a few posts on selling a site so it is worth reading his articles and if you have any question then maybe pm him...
i wish you well with the sale
phil

Hi,
I need some help with one of the comments I got for my recent product review which comes on google 1st page. The product is an MLM product that I have reviewed.Althou
Personally, I answer all comments, good and bad. I need both types in order to grow.
Jerry
Hi Nazmun,
I would write a brief and polite comment back stating your reason(s). I think it is better to say something back in a nice way to retain your credibility when other readers view your reply.
Is it the pricing of the product?, probably so... Some MLM products are just way over the top when it comes to cost.
Stick to your guns, back yourself, believe in your beliefs and what you are writing. Reply in a nice way with authority is what I would personally do.
Cheers,
Brad
accept the comment, respond in a positive way. How To Respond To Negative Comments On Your Blog - Introduction How Do You Deal With Negative Comments On Your Blog?
Reading what you have awritten and Johns answer below, I agree with John, and would add this. Remember MLMers and I was one for a good while, think their company is the absolute best thing since sliced bread and will always react with disparaghing comments, even if you are being nice... Its just the nature of the beast.
Personally I would ne polite in replying and engage that person in a chance to show HOW their MLM is different to how you suggested it is, doing this, gives THEM the chnace for FREE and LEVERAGED promotion, which no MLMer should say no to
Your welcome and the othe thing is of course, invitingt hem to reply, means they have to stay on your page for a while which will show google that page is gaining trust
Based on your story,
I would probably be polite in answering back and tell him that you did your best to make the review as neutral and as honest as possible.
If he thinks you misrepresented the company then give him a chance to share his piece. Fact-check what he said and you can probably use that to strengthen your claim.
Regards,
JG
Honestly I really think it depends on the comment. If it's polite and you feel you can counterargument it will most likely be helpfull for your traffic. However if it's abusive, rude or troll like just ignore/reject it.
Thanks a lot for your response. Although the comment was not too polite, the commentator gave one type of threads that "next time I should think before to write this type of review".
That sounds threathening. I would just block him and remove the comment you don't want to give a platform to these kind of people.

From my website post, some of them meta decription and title is not showing in Google. What could be the reason?
Hi there,
The most likely reason is that your posts have not yet been indexed.
If they have been indexed, and show up in the search results, then the search result will show either the SEO title you specified or, if nothing has been specified, your post title.
For the META description, Google will grab some text from your post if you have not specified a META description (and sometimes even if you have).
I may well have misunderstood your question - if so please give us some more details!
Cheers,
Martin.

If one of my premium members cancel his membership, will I be notified?
hey hi Nazmun --- super question and all questions are good ones here!
You might want to check your referrals' status via the $ icon in the upper far right corner of your WA screen >> click on My referrals and have a look in there regarding all of your referrals ...
... and it looks like Tony's given you a reply ..
All the best, cheerio ... :)
