My first true goal
Hi everyone,
One of my first tasks in my training was to set up my goals. And I did so. Now, one week later, I realize which goal should have been my first one: being humble and honest with myself and recognize my limits, talents and abilities. I came with the intention of working for results. But above all things I now realize that before any result, success comes when one realizes that it takes time and perseverance to climb all the steps. I'm going to take my time, no doubt. And that makes me feel more confident. Before working for success, I now must work for solid foundations. And that concerns not only the business but also my own performance in the training. And that is my true first goal.

I am glad you were able to sort this out now. You are right to build a solid foundation first through training.
