Personal Development refers to the consistent progression in terms of personal growth through self -awareness and enhancement of your personal skills. In order for progression and success to take place in your life, you must be passionate enough about your personal ambitions. It becomes extremely difficult for personal development to occur without the right mindset. While it is important to ensure that you choose the right career path, your success is determined by your level of passion in what you do. Going for a career you are not passionate about will only make your life miserable and unhappy.

On the other hand doing something you are really passionate about undoubtedly helps in enhancing your personal development in addition to making you happy.
