So I decided to put my site up here, I added two new pages and finally put a product review up. Let me know what you guys think! I need to get some more reviews and things to put on there.
I also added a new blog post, so I've still got more content flowing on :) just gotta wait now and let time go on.
My site still isn't indexed though, but I hope it will be in the next few weeks.

Hey buddy, I just had a quick glance at your site. I just wanna say its really good. I'm sure you will improve it much more as time go by. Just make sure you keep at it.
If I could make a suggestion it would be about your blogs page. Try to have a variety of titles. If I remember correctly I saw the word "ripped" in every title.
When you do your keyword research use other related keywords to ripped. Also love your design, very clean and neat. :)
Thanks :) I took your advice, good point, I forgot that all of my keywords were based off the same phrase. That's the kind of criticism i'm looking for, it helps, thanks again.
I like it. I have been looking for information on core training and abs workout. I use to lift weights a long time ago.
Thanks :) let me know if you have suggestions, sometimes I worry that my articles are a little short and don't give enough information.
Have you checked out insanity? Back a long time ago I used to do p90x and my buddy did insanity, a great program if you're only looking for core training.
I prefer lifting and working on my whole body though.
