Nikola I am not familiar with that plugin. If you are wanting to submit a sitemap to Google it needs to be an >xml sitemap. You can create one with the all in one seo plugin
Thaks Tim. I know that XML map is needed but I read that HTML is also imprtant and I dont want to miss anything. I am thinking about All in One for my sitemap.

Use freely when appropriate, every word is in principle a keyword and you can be ranked for many words in a post. This is what Kyle was saying.
But always have one targeted keyword used in appropriate places in the post.
