Getting over instant gratification

I always thought I had great self control but here I am not doing what I should for a week. This is a process and everything we do won't get results. At least not now. But a year from now it will be great! I'm going to make a plan for myself everyday and not allow myself to break away from it not even one exception. Then it will become habit. With no one to hold us accountable it can be so hard. But I've invested in this. My money... and now I need to invest my time. I will only dissapoint myself if I look back at this a year from now and feel like I could have done more. What's your daily/ weekly plan look like?
