Nikiska - art on a plate. I am glad you record your efforts. I like food but this would mean destroying art - oh well. These creations taken one by one would allow meditation on the benefits of food to our bodies. I have been known to use illustrated cook books as an alternative to eating. Your hobby is my pleasure. Hi Daniel, I am not a chef myself... my husband is a head chef so learned a lot from him, and I do it for hobby myself.
I worked as a manager with food for ten years myself.
