What a growth pattern one goes on when you start something new and you never really know how much you have grown until you find yourself acting differently.

To know me, is to know that a) i hate the rain and b) I do not have a very great love of walking, yet the other day there I found myself walking in the rain. In the past in that situation, I would most definitely have delayed what I was doing, until the rain stopped, which could have meant not doing it all, or in certain circumstances i may have taken the car.

The other day, I was putting on my earrings in the car, when unfortunately i dropped the back of the the earring, I searched and search for it, and it felt like I would never find it, it as really tiny. As I was in the car and poised to go out, in the middle of bemoaning the fact that i did not wear the earring indoors, I was on the verge of giving up and had started the car ready to pul off, But I thought no, I was going to persevere and look for the erring back. I switched off the engine and got out of the car and moved the seat forward, and lo and behold what id di find. a £2 coin, shiny and looking at me, and right next to it was the back of my earring.

Now these are only minor matters, they are not million dollar actions, but this is how i know that my level of perseverance and going after what i want has gone up a level. I find this pleasing to be honest, because it is a marked change in attitude, which can only be for the better.

With all that I am learning here at WA and all my other activity i am really looking forward to seeing how I am going to progress.
