Share Buttons Not Showing on My Site?
Hello all!
Joyous news, I have just posted my first blog post to my site. Please check it out here:

I am extremely pleased with it and can't wait for my next post...the only problem is needing a bit of troubleshooting...
The link I posted above is the perma link, and you can see the share buttons for social media, but from my blog roll, no share buttons show up (see below) What do I do?

There are several plugins that you can add to your site to add the sharing buttons. Sociable is the one that many here use.
The Jetpack Plugin also has a sharing feature that you can activate.

A great first step! I was just thinking about you and wondering how you were doing. Looks like you are plugging along. I would get started with an Amazon Associates account and have the picture of the book link to your account, so that way if someone were to buy it you would get some dough. It's useful to make the link open a new window so that you ensure your reader lands back on your page instead of getting distracted.
I applied, but maybe I filled out the application wrong because they denied me saying the program is not for JUST promoting Amazon products, (link dumping) but I should focus on original content. I was hot to say the least, I AM posting original content!
Hmm, I can't recall how I set it up. There may be a tutorial on here.
