Site Comments - Are they necessary?
I just wanted to educate you all on something I learned from Kyle this week...
I asked for feedback from Kyle and he messaged me back with some really great suggestions! One of those suggestions being that I needed more comments to engage my other visitors...
He mentioned that on every post or page that I publish, I should use the Site Comments platform to get that article communicating. What a great idea!!!
I am now going back through and requesting Site Comments & Feedback on every page or post I have already published, and plan to do so on every one I publish from this one on.
Also, a tip from me....double check frequently that the Allow Comments checkbox is checked for all of your pages and posts that you wish to have comments on. I forget this step a lot, so when I think about it I go double check myself. This can be found under the pages tab in your site's dashboard and when you are at that page, click on the Quick Edit button.
I hope this helps at least a couple people here at WA and I am excited to see if this can get my site ranking up in the near future.
Question for the WA community...have you been requesting comments and feedback on your pages and posts?

I think it's a great post, Ashley. Very helpful. I've been reviewing sites to help build up points to get comments. That's really fun too. It's private and constructive. (Of course we can ask for site reviews as well as comments, which is awesome.)
How are you earning your points to receive site comments? Are you mostly giving comments, or are you doing some site reviews, too?
All the best! Thanks for taking care of the animals!
