Slow.and somewhat steady.
I completed course 2 today. I am not where I would like to be, but I am chugging along. A few challenges along the way, where doctors visits (which for now are a priority) are several times a week for myself and my husband (we both have back problems that reared their ugly heads...and we're on the right course to get better). My primary job has increased my responsibilities, so there may be days where I may not get home as early as I would like. And even if I do, I am mentally spent. We had a huge snowstorm in the Northeast over the weekend..which means...my car is parked where it is ...and is not moving till it goes away. So day to day traveling is longer and requires an earlier start to my day.
But I check in here on a daily basis. I do whatever lessons I can, while in transit, or while waiting. Anything I can't do on my phone, I try to do when I get to my desk at home. Still trying to get the website up and running...getting the hang of Word Press (which is more challenging that I thought)...keywords (and remembering to use them!!!). Making note of training that is available and if I can't do it at the scheduled times, checking back to see if a replay is available. Learning to be even more organized than ever. I am networking here and other places...and making contacts. Researching the types of resources and products that I want to offer through my site. Trying to take time to review other members' sites here...because helping them...helps me decide what to do and not do on my site. I pay attention to other sites I encounter elsewhere.
So for all the things I have not done yet...I have done quite a bit more than I did a few months ago. The education I am getting...what I have learned here...what I am learning while researching my niche...I am always learning about people everyday..wherever. I am also looking to see where I can refer business back to my WA family...because in the business I have been in, plus the people I come in contact everyday, I always know someone who has or needs something.
I also learning my boundaries and how to enforce them with others (and myself - always taking on way too much). I do what I can, when I can, accept it when I can't, and I am learning to be ok with that.

I enjoyed reading this blog. I heard about the storms that have struck your part of the country. I have a good friend who lives in DC and they have had some major snowstorms.
As long as you are doing a little something everyday that you are here, that is fine. Yes there are folks who spend 10 hours a day on WA (I am one of them) but that does not mean you have to do the same. Just go the pace that you can go and like you said, as long as it is a slow and steady process, you will get there one day.
Remember the story of the tortoise and the hare? :)
That is exactly what I am thinking. Slow steps get to the same spot as much as taking faster steps. I am currently in a line of work where they expect me to work a higher quantity of work, as fast and accurately as possible. As you know, one of those always get lost in the shuffle when that happens.
I have been there so many times. I have held traditional jobs just like that one which you have. And I don't know about you, but I could get 10 things done when I was working traditional jobs and no one would say anything nice to me about those 10 things, but all H#@! broke lose if I were to forget 1 thing...... :)
