Meaning of the Quote:
There are opportunities for us to earn a living doing what we love. The only thing that can stop us from doing so is the lack of determination to make it happen.
Discussion of the Quote:
There will always be opportunities for us to make a living at what we love. Whatever we are passionate about and the way we choose to express or present our passions to ourselves or to the world at large will always be unique and specialized; therefore, there will always be opportunities for the performances of our passions once we are passionate, focused and persistent in the pursuits of our passions we will be able to make a living.
On the other hand, if we lack the resolve to do whatever it takes to present our passions in ways that will allow us to make a living at what we love, then the opportunity will be scarce. With the lack of perseverance and will, the possibilities will be slim to none. Most of all, without dogged determination, focus and consistency, our passions will not be able to find their way in the world that will enable us to make a living doing what we love.
Final Thoughts:
If we are passionate about the things we love, then nothing nor anyone will be able to stand in our way. Therefore, we will seek and will surely find the opportunities that will allow us to display our passions to the world and earn a living doing so.
However, when we lack the courage to channel our passions into opportunities to make a living at them, then the chances of making a living could be reduced to zero because we do not have what it takes to begin the journey and stay the course until we achieve success and beyond.
