Life itself is a process and so are we. All that has happened in our lives is for us to grow and to blossom in the fullness of ourselves.
It is quite a task for us to tie all the different pieces of our lives together as we live them. Most times, we try to forget or deny important events of our lives simply because they were too painful. When we try to erase our past, we are robbing ourselves of our acquired wisdom.
Final Thoughts:
We no longer possess a child or an adolescent within each of us; rather, that child or adolescent has grown into each of us. More importantly, when we realize that our greatest gifts in our lives are our experiences and the different ages that we have been, then we will be able to appreciate getting older.
