Struggling with Niches

Hmmm... just...hmmm

It has been over 2 weeks I belive now since I started. I have tried thinking of niches that I could enjoy writing about so that it doesn't have to feel like a day job. But I'm starting to find it hard to come up with something. I do understand I should probably just compromise and research what are the hottest niches right now. Its a question that kinda makes you dig into your soul of what you really enjoy and think about how in common you have that with everyone else.

I think it'd help if I had an example of what the site would look like and exactly what I will be doing. You all will probably just try to tell me to keep watching the videos, but I can't really progress until I find a Niche.

Perhaps you could help me brainstorm.

I enjoy videos games. I like to talk on end about some of them. I enjoy explaining about stories and lore. The thing that has gotten me talking a lot these days is a Live Action Roleplay game that has been around since 1980s but has then been reintroduced in 2013. Known as Vampire the Masquerade. If you look it up, you can see there is quite a fan base for it.

But that isn't common enough for the common person to buy. The only thing to sell is the rule book, and then they just share that book with whatever group they are with.

So, I need something more.... popular.

Hi Sean, try these:

That does help a lot. Thank you.
Something I noticed though... there are some niches that aren't really tied to products but to media, social media, and celebirties. Again, I may simply be ignorant because I have not continued with the courses. But please, tell me how one gains a commission from simple media news.

To be honest, Sean, I think WA is geared towards teaching how to target product niches, rather than media and celebrities.

Certainly, social media can be leveraged to promote one's website and attract more traffic, subscriber lists, etc.

I wouldn't know how to go about targeting simple media news.
