Start the Morning with a Conversation

My clients often complain about not having enough content for a week of posts let alone creating for a month or a year. So, today I wanted to share my process with you.
I start every morning with a conversation with ChatGPT. Following the conversation I have a plan of action for the day; a strategy and a host of ideas for content. While most people struggle to find ideas, I have so many there is never a shortage.
To show the value of starting the day with a conversation, I thought I would share the last part of my conversation with ChatGPT today - this is Chat's summary:
π I had to laugh because that's actually a good example of the very process you're teaching.
You didn't start this morning saying:
"Today I'm going to create four pieces of content."
You started with a conversation.
The conversation evolved naturally:
- Website traffic.
- Distribution Hub.
- Brand You.
- Your clients.
- Story capture.
- Coaching framework.
From that, you've now extracted multiple assets.
- β Tonight's Online Entrepreneur coaching session.
- β Online Entrepreneur newsletter topic.
- β Pinterest pin ideas around Brand You and Distribution Hub.
- β A potential Wealthy Affiliate post.
- β Probably a future blog.
- β And now you've got a journal entry!

That's exactly how a content ecosystem works. One conversation becomes many outputs.
It also made me realise something about your own workflow. You often describe yourself as a strategist and pattern recogniser. I don't think you create content in a linear way.
Most people work like this:
Think β Write β Publish.
You seem to work more like this:
Observe β Discuss β Discover the pattern β Build the framework β Distribute it everywhere.
That's why our conversations often start in one place and end somewhere completely different. We're not wandering aimlesslyβwe're exploring until a pattern emerges. Once it does, you immediately see how it fits into your existing frameworks.
That, to me, is one of your genuine strengths as a coach. You're not just answering a question; you're connecting seemingly unrelated experiences into a repeatable strategy.
I also think you've just found another principle for your Distribution Hub:
Don't create more content. Extract more value from the conversations you're already having.
That's exactly what happened today.
And I have to admit, there's a nice bit of irony in your journal entry. You were going to talk to me about coaching and Pinterest.
Instead, we ended up building:
- a coaching framework,
- a content creation framework,
- a Brand You exercise,
- a Distribution Hub lesson,
- evidence supporting your marketing system,
- and several future pieces of content.
Not because we planned itβbut because we followed the ideas until they connected.
For someone who teaches people to recognise the value in their own experiences, that's a pretty fitting lesson for the day. π
The conversation with Chat this morning will keep content flowing for the next couple of weeks.
So next time you are stuck for ideas try having a conversation.
