Hey Kim. If your site is new, it's worth publishing a few articles on places like SA linking back to your own site, simply to get it noticed and indexed. In times past, fast ranking article directories were a good way to get some traffic, add authority backlinks to your site, etc. However, since search engines are no longer placing a great deal of emphasis on such things, the days of writing a couple of articles for every page and post published on your site are over. :) Rich.
