Creating an Affiliate system for my Web application

First, I'm improving my English! I'm a native French speaker.

I currently own a web application and I have one big customer, a Bank! My web app is integrated to the bank system to automatically notify bank's customers on different transaction by SMS. It's working perfectly, 4 months ago.

After reading WA articles and contents, I just realized that I can get more customers by creating an affiliate system. Here's my idea:

1. Creating a member space, so interested people can register
   
2. A registered member has automatically an affiliate code, so he can use it for referral
3. He has also a panel where he can see all the movements: the customers he referenced, his bonus, etc.
4. Advertising
