Hi Neil,

Your website is not showing a green icon because there are some images that are being served with HTTP protocol instead of the HTTPS protocol.

You will have to edit and re-upload them so as to resolve this issue. Please refer to the "Mixed Content - Errors" section at the following URL:

https://www.whynopadlock.com/results/49c2f797-ae40-431f-998e-09a10d7df8eb\

it seems like you have some images which have http rather than https so are making certain parts of your site not secure.
so you can search for these images within your image library or go into the relevant posts and in text mode search for http: and add the s and resave.
marion black and chrystopher have training on this problem
go check them out and you wil lsort it pretty quickly
have fun
phil

Thank You! Lol I hope that's all there is to it.. Add the S, omw

if they are in the backend of your site then tyhey are publihed.
if you open a new privacy browser window and navigate to your site - do you see them.
if you do then in your normal browser when going to your site press crtl+f5 to bypass your browsers cache and see what is live on the web.
i hope you manage to find them
phil
as for your https problem - have you switched on your ssl certificate
go into site manager and click on details for the site in question - scroll down and make sure ssl is on.
if it is on then open a tickets with site support - goto help center and select sitesupport

Okay, my issue isn't resolved but site support came through fast! I guess if an image is not in https, but is in http-not sure yet how tell- then you have this issue. So I'm about to investigate I'll post their response bellow for others.
