Sad Week
It has been 8 days now from the dreaded day I had to put my long time best friend of 17 years down. I am heartbroken and not to sure how I will carry on without him! We were making such good progress with vet and putting weight on and then "BAM" he was gone. He has been there for me and has trusted me and I am honoured to have owned such a magnificent animal.
Been a hard week and just forcing myself to continue on with the day to day and think of the good memories that we had together! I would like to think that a positive can come of all of this even as much as it hurts....time will heal but in the meantime I grieve :( Goodbye my handsome boy, you will forever be in my heart!
For everyone that has lost a beloved furry one I give my condolences. It is something that we never want to go through as they are our family.
