Progress a Little Slow
Well I am back at it again. The last week has been busy my son come up for the weekend, my hubby flew home for the week and his sister from the other side of Canada came to visit. lol I did say in my goals the hours I would devote without taking away family time, but was not expecting to be away for that long.
I have a few days to work on my site and get some training in then I am off to Fort McMurray and then Las Vegas for 10 days. That is a lot of time lost in total and I am a little discouraged about that but time with my family is important, just need to find a balance :)
Unfortunately, I will have to look for full time work when I get back from my trip since we can not afford me being without income for much longer. This concerns me since my health is not good enough to work full time and I have no choice. That will mean a lot less hours for my site :( but......there is hope and it just means it is going to go a lot slower than planned but it will be possible :)
So enough with my sob story lol I just wanted say that even when things are against you and you are not progressing as planned that does not mean everything will come to a stop. Just pick up where you left off and keep going with determination and you will succeed!

I know exactly what you mean. I started with so much enthusiasm and planned to keep going until I got everything I wanted done. But that did not happen. My family is number one on my list, so when I get a chance to send time with them that's what I do. So I figure I need to set sometime aside, even if it's only for an hour, just for my site, in order to reach my goal of freedom, which is the second most important thing to me. Thanks for sharing, it's always nice to be able to relate.
I agree family does come first. I think maybe I expected to be able to work more hours on this but I didn't realize how much time I am with family versus spare time. Setting a goal of at least an hour is a great idea and if I can do more, awesome :)
