The Eternal Question - Posts vs Pages
I am having a slight problem at the moment. I recall awhile back that Carson counseled me to write content with a 2:1 ratio between Street Articles and my website. Presently I am outlining future blog posts for my website that I'd like to create, however I am having troubles figuring out how they will relate to street articles at all. I mean... I have a lot of ideas, but I don't want to post an article to street articles and then repeat the same thing on my blog as that is pointless. So how exactly can I use street articles to support my blog without being repetitive?
Ok so I was going to upload an image but sadly the image uploader does not seem to be connecting properly. I will finish this post and edit it later to add the image and see if restarting my computer works.
Anyway, I've been toying about with a mind mapping site laying out categories for my blog and future post titles (I need to do a keyword search on them to figure out which ones are going to be better keywords still). However once I do write the posts, how would I go about supporting them on SA? As my site is going to be focused on providing people with reviews, raves, critiques and such I'd like to keep as much of that content on my site as possible as content is King. However I do recognize that some content needs to be off-site in order to market and promote the content I am creating.
Anyway that is just about it! Thanks for reading and please give me any feedback as I definitely need and want all the help I can get. :) I will restart my computer now and see if that doesn't solve my issues with the image uploader not working. If not, this will remain an image-less post sadly.
UPDATE: I tried a couple things and could not get the image uploader to open and select my files. So I guess I'll need to report this.

Hi
To answer a couple of your questions
1. You don't want to have the same content on your blog and in an article directory such as Street Articles. This would be duplicate content which is frowned upon.
2. The articles you write are going to be related to the ones on your blog which generally have much more detail. For example.
I recently wrote an article for SA about "How to invest in yourself and reduce stress" - My links went to 2 different blog posts on my website about' self-induced stress' and 'how to declutter your mind.' Both issues were mentioned in the article but then there is detailed information on my blog.
Hope this helps
Beverley
Ah this does help! That makes a lot more sense...so the article should be related to the topics I am writing about but not about the same exact topic. Gotcha...yes I really want to avoid duplicate content. Thank you very much for the help!
