My presentation and my blogs
Hello,
My name is Nassime, I'm 31 and I'm blogger and vlogger. I'm from France but I prefer to make it in English because it's the opportunity for me to keep contact with the English language and it's an important asset for me.
I have begun the personal development in January 2013. It's the occasion to tell you my history: In April 2012, I got my job like guardian of building, my home in same time and I could continue my activities like I have previewed: to make sports, to go to the cinema, to travel, to see my friends and to see my family too. It was amazing but I was not happy and I didn't know why. Moreover I suffered of affective dependance (oneitis), the lack of affirmation and of many toxic habits in my life. So I have worked every day on the exercises and during many months: I have made NLP, the procrastination studying, resolving conflicts without violence, self affirmation, self esteem, self trust, self control and autosuggestion. My life have begun to change increasingly. Also in my past, I hated to read, and thanks to the personal development I have learned to appreciate the reading.
I have succeeded that I believed impossible. I get out my TV, my video games, I have deleted all toxic people on my contacts, I have improved my feeding, I have stopped my main activity (dancing) of 17 years to prefer the most important for me.
Today I'm really happy and I share on my blog and my videos many tips to help the others people to realize their goal.
My mission is to help people to distinguish the love and the obsession love.
