World sign? Not sure can help me out on that one :)
The rank number is how many people like your blogs and popular you are.. I don't worry to much about that number for me since I am still learning.. So if your new don't feel to bad.. The blogs are for practice and to retract a lesson to others.. My advice listen to a lesson take notes and write what you learn :
