Self Optimization

My AIM is to write about Self Optimization is to create the most productive version of you and in a result to become an Alpha Predator.

As I realized after joining Wealthy Affiliates that I have to do a lot of work to get desired results. You probably heard about ‘Chronotype’ which sounds very interesting.

So, I want to share what Chronotype is? And to work fast, efficiently and productively, we need to know about Chronotype and can achieve maximum results out of it.

If you start implementing these following steps, you will succeed in your life(in anything or any profession).

Now in order to implement this, the 1st thing we need to know what Chronotype you fall.

Every single person falls in one of these four Chronotypes (Dolphin, Lion, Bear & Wolf).

So we learn from this how we perform best as a human.

And personally I fall in the Bear category and most of us wake up early and fall in the same category.

I wake up around 3.00 am to 4.00 am and after tea I start my work and burn out at around after lunch time. So when everybody wake up by that time I have finished most of my work. This is my most productive time and it's very quiet early in the morning and no hustle bustle around.

Wolf basically nights Owls and most productive during the evening.

Lion wakes up very early and is most productive as soon as he comes out of bed and gets exhausted by the early evening.

Bear relatively wake up early and get tired around after lunch time.

Dolphin is probably the worst one as a light sleeper and I don't know what best time for their work. I don’t know who falls in this category either.

I personally experience that people around me like my family members and friends, most of them lazy. They wake up at 9.00am in the morning and after a few hours of work, they get tired. So here we can outperform by waking up early and utilizing that time effectively.


Conclusion

The main goal is to share this to obtain critical success. If we know which time is most productive for us according to Chronotype then we can take full advantage of that by utilizing it in right way.

In my opinion in order to work hard and productively, wake up early as all successful people share the same trait.

That's great as this is the best version of us to be more productive.
It means your days start around 4.00 am which is the best time to get into work with a fresh mind. As I most successful people like Bill Gates, Tony Robbin, etc all of them get into their jobs or work very early.

Not really, at 75 yrars old I've learned it's ok to sleep till 6:30 or 7. LOL
