I have had a lot of challenges over the last few months. Some days are good and others...not so much. I try to select a rune daily to give me something to observe and be grateful for in my life.
Today, it's Ingwaz which has a link to productive and proactive energy and reflects the safe, loving, safe and supportive environment family can represent. I was reminded this day, that my family is the foundation that gets me through everything. It is that thought that gets me back on track when I fall off course.
See, I am a really good problem solver, but at times it just seems I jump from one problem to the next, barely taking time to breath in between. I fear stopping in case everything just boulders me over.
