I'd like to stop a little bit on item (5)... One platform I use is Buffer, it's great, you can publish the same post, article or quote in six social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and LinkedIn) at the same time, you can schedule and do some analytics.
If you don't still use a tool for this kind of automation, I recommend you to try it... it's a major time-saving tool.
Hootsuite is an alternative that I tried sometime ago, but I decided to stay with Buffer.
