Google to punish popups on mobile
Hi, I recently received an email from MailMuch and I though I should share it with you.

It's about Google punishing your site if you have intrusive pop-ups... You may find it useful.

As for Cathys reply, I feel the same way. How does Google expect us to have our pop up on the desktop site and not the mobile. I wonder if there is an option to click in the plugin installed?
Yep - I'd read another blog (off site) in reference to this. But the problem is ... how does one go about making sure the popup doesn't occur on mobiles?
My popup is a plugin so I'm waiting to see what actions they take. Otherwise, who knows ...
Thanks for the heads-up!
God Bless!

Same. I use SumoMe. I'm not sure if there is anyway to stop the pop up on mobile only. I have mine set to appear in the middle of the page after a user has been on my site for 10 seconds.
Hi.. .indeed... it's a great question, but I've seen some plugins that have the option to be shown on a mobile device or not, or for example, to show an image... we'll have to investigate a little bit more.
MailMunch for example, has the option to disable/enable a popup for mobiles, but the plugin is pretty simple... some may use others.
