I've been around WA for almost two months and I admit at the beginning I was very doubtful if this works. After 7 days of free trial I decided to go Premium because of the training is very good and because of the community and also the possibility to host as many free websites as I want. Now I have two main websites, I'm running one (it's more than an experiment), my wife is helping me with the other and I want to teach my kids about this (specially the eldest who is 11 years old and she's very "tech-y").
But what I wanted to write about is that I have three or four post in the first page on Google, including some images that redirect people to the site. But also Bing and Yahoo are pretty important.
My second site (boysandgirlsclothes.com) receives more traffic from those search engines than the traffic that comes from Google SE. And also we have almost every post on the first two pages on B&Y while I'm still expecting to reach those rankings in G.
I haven't made any big money yet (a couple of cents actually) but I know is a matter of time for this to happen.
