Thanks everyone. That was so easy I'm embarrassed I asked! LOL

No need for embarrassment - we've all asked questions that turned out to have easy, but non-obvious, answers. (I've certainly asked more than a few myself.)

On any discussion thread that you want to leave, look near the top left of the thread for a blue box with a gear icon and a triangle in it. (It's between the star and the affiliate link button.)

When you click on the triangle, there will be an option labeled "Remove me from the discussion". Once you click that, you be removed from the thread and will no longer receive notifications of additional comments.

in your notifications box there is a blue button on the top right that says, actions, under that is remove me from this conversation

Hi,

If you go to your account settings (located at the bottom left of the list) then you can scroll down to "Email Notification Settings". From there you can uncheck the conversations you no longer want to be a part of. Hope that helps.

Cheers,
Lori

I was writing a blog (very lengthy) and the WA site kept freezing. I had to refresh and lost everything. Is there a backup or draft section that keeps blogs until you actually p

Always back your work on a dummy website or microsoft word then cut and paste into your posts. It works for me

If this happens and you don't save, there should be a message at the top of your screen (when your on the edit page of your post) that says something like "there is a newer version of this post ... click here to restore".
I don't know the exact words of this message but it's similar to what I wrote.

If that doesn't appear, then I am afraid that it's lost. :(

I had the same thing happen a few days ago...the link to restore the autosaved version was in the upper right...good luck!

Thank you! I went back and at the top it has a "Drafts" button and had 1 saved draft. I guess I was frustrated and overlooked it. Thanks for the quick responses!

awesome!

Okkaaayy! Now, I clicked "Publish" and it's telling me I have to tag at least two people. When I try to tag, it does nothing and I can't publish without adding them. Is it the site tonight or maybe my computer?

Hmmmm...I'm pretty new so I don't know what to tell you on that one!

Oh wow.
I misunderstood you. Sorry!
I thought you were writing a blog on your website and not here on WA.

You don't need to "tag people" there! This is not Facebook. ;)

"Tag" means the same as "keyword".
So you need to put a keyword, a phrase that describes your blog content", in the field and then click on "add tag".
Do this three times and you should be able to publish the blog.

Let me know if that did it.

Moritz

That's absolutely normal.
Always ask when you have a question. We all love to help each other here.

Great! I'll try it. I'm very new to this so lots of questions to come.
