That me start by saying thank you for the following ,while just like anything else, dealing with media in images, you have to upload upload your media rather the pictures or video needs to be uploaded, just like when you uploaded your picture or your image and your Facebook profile same principle take your time go over the steps, uploading media to Facebook.

I'm afraid I can only partially answer that question. That option you selected is for the RSS syndication feed of your post, and not your blog itself. (Do you know what an RSS feed is? If not, I can hazard an explanation.)
If you want to show full posts on your page, I think that's a setting in your theme. What's the name of the theme you're using? I might be able to find out how you can change that.
Well, I spent some time on Google and couldn't figure out how to expand your posts. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help. The designers of that theme have a support forum that might be of use:

As for an RSS feed, basically it's a way of getting a bunch of different sites' articles and blog posts collected in one place - a feed reader. In that option you have selected in your image, you're basically saying people who see your articles in their feed readers will see a summary of the post instead of the whole thing. They're not on your site viewing it.
Maybe it sounds complicated, but I don't think it's actually something we need to worry about with our blogs!

I'm using the Alexandria theme, and it shows all of my posts on the first page. Is there a way to limit this to only the 5 most recent posts. Also it shows the entire post. Is
I changed the the for each article in feed to show only summary, but there was no change on my webpage. This setting was under the reading settings.

I have taken a lot of steps to try to get my keywords on the first page of google rankings. So far I have a few within the first 10 pages, but none on the first page. I have go
So, I now have 8 posts and I plan on adding another in the next few days. Unfortunately I have noticed my rankings getting worse. Any idea as to why this would be. I'm sure there are a lot of factors that go into it, but it's difficult seeing your pages that were once withing the first ten search pages to drop down below that. Thanks for the continued support.

That is your problem. It isn't that you are necessarily doing something wrong, it just takes a lot of consistent blogging to get ranked by Google. With consistent posting, personally it takes me about 3 or 4 months to start ranking. This is the downside of organic traffic, it is slow going and takes a lot of effort. Eventually though once Google and other search engines start noticing your posts, you'll rank much more quickly and your traffic can really skyrocket.
Exactly, as you continue to build out your content John you are going to see more and more rankings as Wendy indicated. Google grants you more authority when they (a) see you are posting quality (b) with time.
The fact you are getting ranked is a very good sign and means you are heading in a very positive direction. Keep it up.
