This Skyrocketed My Concentration
I recently found an amazing way to skyrocket my concentration during the workday and it has already improved my productivity considerably.
Those who have watched Jay's latest niche case study webinars might already guess what I'm going reveal next.
Yes, it's about the Brain.fm app that Jay used in his webinar while writing.
I decided to give it a shot myself and it has been working like magic!
I don't know what kind of science witch-craft is going on with this app but it has immensely helped me to crank out those blog posts.
Before I was easily distracted from my writing but now I can fully concentrate on the task at hand.
What Is Brain fm?
Basically, it's an application that has music to help you achieve different mental states.
Currently, the app has 3 different categories of music for different mental states:
- Focus
- Relax
- Sleep
I have been mainly using the focus one during my work.
The music itself is not your everyday radio songs but more like ambient music with a twist.
The songs are actually made by artificial intelligence and edited by real scientists. So it's not just a placebo effect that I'm experiencing here since this stuff is backed by science!
I Wish There Was An Affiliate Program For This...
I would definitely promote this app on my website if there was an affiliate program available...
And yeah, this app actually costs a bit and runs on recurring payments for $7 per month.
There's a free trial though so you can try out the focus music for 5? hours I think. If you have dozens of emails lying around, you could always register a new user and enjoy the free trial again.
It's definitely worth testing next time you plan to start writing. I personally blast the focus music throughout my entire workday lol.
Here's the link for the app: https://brain.fm/
What are some of your own ways of staying concentrated during work and have you tried Brain.fm before?
