TLDR, Infographic, Conclusion, and FAQ? Where to put them?

I wasn't sure, so I asked chat GPT. Here's what I got:
Put the TL;DR block at the top and the infographic at the bottom. Here's why:

  1. TL;DR drives conversions quickly – Readers scanning the page get the value proposition in seconds. A case study showed a 33% boost in conversions by adding a TL;DR at the top.
  2. Above-the-fold optimization – Search engines and users both prioritize content near the top. A well-crafted TL;DR can increase time on page and lower bounce rates.
  3. Infographics are shareable and referenceable – Positioning them at the end lets you wrap up your article with visual reinforcement, increasing chances of backlinks and social shares after readers absorb the full content .

Suggested Order:

  • Last main content section
  • Conclusion header
  • Conclusion text
  • Infographic (embedded in or directly after the conclusion)
  • FAQ section

Suggested Structure:

  • TL;DR block immediately below the H1 or intro.
  • Main body content with subheadings.
  • Infographic near the conclusion or as part of a recap.
But I still wasn't sure... what should the order at the bottom be? Here's what I asked, and the answer:
I finish every post with an FAQ. Does this order make sense?
  • last section
  • FAQ section
  • conclusion header
  • infographic
  • conclusion text

🗒️ Answer

This order could confuse readers and weaken your SEO and UX flow. Here's why and how to improve it:

  1. Put the conclusion header and conclusion text together – They should wrap up the main post and logically lead into supporting sections like an infographic or FAQ.
  2. Place the infographic before or inside the conclusion – It works best when summarizing or reinforcing points just discussed.
  3. End with the FAQ section – FAQs help SEO by capturing long-tail queries and improve UX by answering lingering doubts.
