Level 3 is done after a long hiatus

Hi everyone,

not sure if some of you have had the same experience as I did, but the pandemic and the shut down truly interrupted my normal routine and life.

As a consequence, I neglected my newest endeavor here at WA and didn't create any content, didn't continue with the training nor did I login to WA at all. Finally, after six weeks, I created a new post and started to continue with the training. It's been a difficult and overwhelming time for me with lots of changes and lots of tasks. While this has been going on, I have also struggled with my mental health, and on some days I was just glad that I made it out of bed. Trying to focus on a new business and writing content on plastic free living seemed burdensome and unimportant. I know that discpline and consistency is what will bring ultimately success with this business and I am hoping to pick it up again and stay consistent.

So, on a positive note, I finally, finally finished Level 3 of the training and I am on to Level 4. Small progress is progress nonetheless.

I published a new post and received some kind comments and also some constructive criticism. It's not an easy pill to swollow when somebody calls your content acceptable. But I do appreciate the honesty in all of it and I know we are here to learn. I am learning, we are learning and while learning and doing, we are getting better.

To be honest, during these past couple of weeks, I wanted to throw in the towel and just quit. But, for some reason, the community here, the training and the possibility of future success has pulled me back.

I am hoping that my content will get better and I am going to work hard to provide quality for my readers. I care very much about my niche, so that's definitely helpful.

I am not exactly sure why I am sharing this, but I think I have the desire to reconnect with people here and just share what's been going on with me.

If you also struggled to stay consistent during these last few weeks, let me know, and we can cheer each other on. Giving up is not an option!

If you are tired, you can take a break and to refill your energy. It is ok, no problem. Wishing all the best for you

Take care and stay safety,

Lynh Nguyen

Thanks! It’s good to know, because it just felt like, I couldn’t be successful anymore if I take such a long break.

Keep momentum.

I am going to do my best.

Yes, you will. You are a champion.

Sometimes taking a break is good, it helps you to refocus, destress, and get your mind renewed. Wishing you all the best.

Thank you!

Hi,
I certainly hope things are improving for you! As you say, giving up is not an option! If you just keep on "keeping on", things will improve. The more content you write, the better you will become.
I always try to exercise when I am downtrodden. A nice walk in the fresh air is great! As far as getting up in the morning, Dr. Wayne Dyer says: "The morning breeze has secrets to tell, don't go back to sleep." My best thinking and meditating time is in the morning.
Keep your chin up!
Michael Inman

Thanks!
